The fine print, in plain language

How the agreement works

Scheduling

We contact you at least 1 week in advance to coordinate each service visit.
Preferred scheduling windows or seasonal preferences are honored where possible.
Either party may reschedule with 48 hours notice at no penalty.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel at any time with 14 days written notice — text or email is fine.
Cancel before Service 1 is completed and no cancellation fee applies.
Cancel after Service 1 but before Service 2 and the standard rate applies to Service 1 (the contract discount is voided for that visit, with any balance due at that time).
Ascent Exteriors may cancel if property access can't be arranged after two good-faith scheduling attempts.
No long-term locks, no auto-renewals, and no penalties for canceling in good faith.

Satisfaction guarantee

Not satisfied with a service? Notify us within 48 hours and we return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.

General terms

Each agreement covers one property and is non-transferable.
Client agrees to ensure reasonable access to the property on the agreed service date.
Ascent Exteriors carries general liability insurance. Proof available upon request.
Payment is due upon completion of each visit — cash, check, Venmo, Zelle or credit card.
The agreement does not guarantee specific dates, only that two services are performed within the calendar year.
